The Kegel Exercise Weights vaginal weight system is similar to vaginal weights that have been favored by physicians for years to strengthen the pelvic floor. Six equally sized cones of varrying weight are included in the kit. By positioning the cone in the vagina correctly the cone provides a variable amount of resistance depending on which of the weights you are using at the time. You can keep the cone inside you while doing various activities and once you can hold it in for greater than fifteen minutes the manufacturer recommends trying something more difficult like climbing stairs, jogging in place, or coughing, which will really help to build up your bladder control. Kegel Exercise Weights provides a sensory aid that helps to isolate the correct muscles of the pelvic floor. Kegel exercise weights also provides a three page instruction manual to guide you through your exercise regimen. This weight set does go to a higher weight than the StepFree Weight system, so it should allow a greater progression of muscle strength.
