We want you to be satisfied with the purchase of your device. If you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase for any reason please send your device back to us and we will refund the purchase price. Most devices must be in unused condition to be returned. Devices with replaceable sensors may be returned (please do not return the used sensor), but a fee will be applied to your return based on the replacement cost of the sensor for the device you wish to return and a restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Devices with replaceable sensors include the Kegelxcel, PMTx, and Myself. Please remember that we have had less than 0.1 % of our customers request a return for any reason, so buy with confidence. Refunds are issued via check payment.
