Male Incontinence

Rehabilitation for stress incontinence after a radical or partial prostatectomy is a process which can be accelerated considerably with pelvic floor exercises. Several publications in this field show that pelvic floor exercises enhanced with biofeedback can be instrumental in regaining continence and the benefits are greater the sooner you start to exercise. The field of urology is slowly moving away from prescribing medication and surgery as frontline treatments for male incontinence. Research shows that as much as 80% of incontinence can be treated effectively with behavior modification and strengthening of the pelvic floor. Devices with biofeedback perform better than exercises without biofeedback because they allow the user to see if they are doing the exercises correctly and give the user feedback about their progress.

We recommend the the Pelvexiser-M for men since it is the only product that has a sensor designed for anal exercises (the smallest of the three sensors available).
