The most impressive feature of the Myself device is it's user friendliness. The well designed LCD display guides you through an entire pelvic floor workout. As you can see in the detailed views of the display the device tells you when to flex and when to relax your muscles. It also shows you the strength of each contraction in real time. For users with little experience this device will be a perfect match. Exercising from a level of minimal to moderate muscle control has been made incredibly easy with this device, but the maximum resistance is relatively low compared to other devices such as the Pelvexiser or Kegelmaster. One drawback is that the manufacturer suggests that the sensor be replaced every month. The product includes two sensors with purchase. Extra Myself Sensors are available at $8.99 for a package of two here at kegelcompare.com. The Myself device is powered by three AAA batteries.
